Physical products are delivered next business day as standard. Any products that are out of stock are advised in that products description line on our quotation with (ETA xx/xx/xx).  Software delivered via email (ESD) arrives between 24-48 hours. Cloud software can be deployed within a few hours.

Firstly – One Point of Contact – Not only do we partner with all major manufacturers and many smaller vendors to offer a huge portfolio of products. Your Account Manager will deal with all aspects of your account – from initial enquiry through quoting/purchasing/customer service to invoice payment. 

Secondly – Price – Our conversion rate from quotes to orders since 2003 is 89%. If on occasion the product you require is a better price from a competitor than currently from the manufacturers authorized distributor, we will tell you and offer to buy it at cost price from there on your behalf. Ensuring you always receive the best possible price available.
